Is eating Kosher healthier?

 At NuGo, all of our products are certified kosher.  We do this for both religious reasons and quality assurance.  Research projects have found only 15% of people buy kosher for religious reasons.  All other consumers feel the products are safer and better for them.  This interesting article  talks about the studies. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/13/dining/13kosh.html?emc=eta1
