Eighth grader Alexys Matcuk has been competitively swimming since she was four-years-old. She is now a USA Sanctioned swimmer and swims with Arizona Gold, one of the best swim clubs in the country. Alexys swims six days a week for at least two hours per day. She swims all strokes, but her favorite is breaststroke.
Professional surfer Morgan Gore began surfing when she was 10-years-old with her older brother in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. Only two years later, she started competing. In 2007, Morgan left the East Coast and moved to California to complete year-round and go to school. In 2009, Morgan won her first National Title. Now, at the age of 25, she lives in San Francisco and enters many surf competitions.
