NuGo Travels to Costa Rica

Monday, December 31st, 2012

We love these NuGo pictures in Costa Rica! See NuGo Family Chocolate at the Westin Playa Conchal hotel in Costa Rica. Look at these cute animals, called Coatis, in the picture with the person wearing a NuGo shirt! Our fans told us that these little animals were everywhere, very friendly, and made noises that sounded like chirping birds. Sounds like a great trip!

NuGo Travels to Independence Pass in Colorado

Monday, December 31st, 2012

We received these beautiful photos of NuGo bars at Independence Pass, the highest paved mountain pass in Colorado. In the winter they close this road because they can’t get equipment up there to clean the roads. This husband and wife started in Vail and then went to Twin Lake to get on this scenic route which goes all the way into Aspen. What a fun adventure with NuGO FREE Dark Chocolate Trail Mix and NuGo Family Vanilla Yogurt!

Emily, a college student who is taking the year off to travel, was trekking through the Himalayas in Langtang National Park, only a few miles from the Tibetan border. She took this beautiful photo of NuGO Organic Double Dark Chocolate in Kyenjin Gompa, the last village on the trail.

A NuGo fan sent us these great photos of her travels to Germany and Italy with NuGo bars. Look at NuGo Family Vanilla Yogurt at Munich Airport in Germany and Castel Del Monte in Andria, Italy. This stunning medieval castle was built by Emperor Frederick II about 800 years ago.

NuGO Organic Supports Hike from Mexico to Canada

Thursday, August 16th, 2012

Anna and Chris are hiking from Mexico to Canada, 2650 miles along the Pacific Crest Trail. We are proud to support them on their impressive adventure. They sent us a photo of Anna with NuGO Organic Dark Chocolate Pomegranate and a great email.

We are excited to report that we have walked the first 1,800 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail, fueled in part by your bars. We have just crossed the border from California into Oregon, and we are right on schedule to complete the trail at the end of September.

Thank you so much for sponsoring us on this incredible journey. It has been wonderful to enjoy such tasty, nutritious food as we hike.”

Visit their blog to read about the exciting journey and see stunning photos. They started hiking on April 19, 2012. We wish Chris and Anna continued success as they complete the trail in September 2012.
