NuGo makes delicious and healthy snacks that meet everyone’s dietary needs. Our bars taste better than other nutritional foods because of our commitment to using the most wholesome ingredients and baking processes possible.

NuGo believes that pure, natural ingredients are both better for you and better tasting. From our very first bar to the latest, we’ve maintained a commitment to creating great snacks without taking shortcuts. Our bars are full of the protein that every diet needs.

In response to our consumers’ diverse needs, NuGo has created many lines of bars: Family, Organic, Dark, FREE, Slim, and Crispy Cat.  In keeping with NuGo’s core principles, we don’t use hydrogenated oils, trans fats, or vegetable fat compounds instead of REAL Chocolate. Brown rice and REAL Chocolate are combined to create a texture that’s crisp and delicious. We never use high fructose corn syrup.

For NuGo, part of making snacks that are healthy and delicious is educating our customers about chocolate. People are surprised to learn that dark chocolate is a super food. REAL Dark Chocolate has health benefits, so it has a place in NuGo bars. Not ALL dark chocolate is healthy, though, because other companies add vegetable fats to keep it from melting when shipped. NuGo doesn’t cut corners, so our chocolate is unadulterated. That’s also the secret to the superior taste of NuGo bars; we don’t add vegetable fat to our chocolate, so there’s no waxy taste or crumbly texture.

We now offer scrumptious options to fit many lifestyles, including OU pareve, USDA certified organic, gluten-free, low sugar, soy-free, high fiber, high protein, low glycemic, and more. All of our bars are Kosher and 100% natural.

NuGo Family: All Natural, Low Glycemic, High Protein, Chocolate
The original NuGo bars are made with real milk chocolate or luscious yogurt, whole oats, brown rice, and soy. All of these nourishing ingredients are 100% natural and delicious. NuGo Family bars are high in protein, low in fat and loaded with essential antioxidants and vitamins. NuGo Family bars are also certified low glycemic, which means they are digested slowly to provide extended levels of satiety and energy. NuGo Dark: Gluten-Free, REAL Dark Chocolate
Our decadent dark bars enrobe high-protein, wholesome ingredients with delicious and heart-healthy cacao dark chocolate. Cacao is a natural source of flavonol antioxidants which help neutralize free radicals and protect your body from cell damage while tasting delicious. Real Dark Chocolate uses all the properties of the cocoa bean, including natural chocolate and cocoa butter. Cocoa butter is a natural “super food” that can reduce inflammation and lower blood pressure. Other bars contain vegetable fat to make shipping cheaper and easier, which undoes the health benefits of cocoa butter. NuGO Organic: Naturally Organic, REAL Dark Chocolate
All of NuGO Organic ingredients meet the USDA’s National Organic Program’s standards, which prohibit the use of synthetic pesticides, hormones and antibiotics. Wholesome and delicious, NuGO Organic is OU Kosher. Our NuGO Organic bars are sweetened with tapioca and agave syrup and, like our REAL Dark bars, enrobed in delicious, dark chocolate. NuGO Organic is the only organic protein bar coated with REAL dark chocolate. This luscious, antioxidant-rich dark chocolate helps to neutralize free radicals and protects your body from cell damage.

NuGo FREE: Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, REAL Dark Chocolate
NuGo has created a snack for our fans with celiac disease, sensitivity to wheat and soy. NuGo FREE bars are full of crisp rice protein and healthy ingredients. NuGO FREE bars are 100% natural, kosher, and layered with luscious, REAL dark chocolate or touched with icing.

NuGO Slim: Almost Sugar-Free, High Protein, Gluten-Free, REAL Dark Chocolate
NuGO Slim is the first almost sugar-free high protein bar made without maltitol or artificial sweeteners! Sugar alcohols, like maltitol, typically found in low-sugar and sugar-free bars, can cause gastric distress such as bloating, stomach cramps, and other pain. While other sugar-free bars use fake chocolate-flavored palm oil coatings sweetened with maltitol, NuGo Nutrition uses REAL Dark Chocolate as the coating on NuGO Slim to produce a truly delicious bar with no bad aftertaste and only 2 grams of sugar! This all natural, certified gluten-free snack has 15 grams of protein and 7 grams of soluble fiber from chicory root.
