After a hard workout, Paris wandered into the protein bar section of her local health food store trying to find a bar that was clean in ingredients, gluten free, vegan, and had lots of protein. That’s when she discovered NuGo Slim, impressed with the high protein and low sugar. Soon after, she returned to the store and fell in love with NuGo Dark.
Her favorite flavors are NuGo Dark Chocolate Pretzel with Sea Salt, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, and Peanut Butter Cup. She also loves NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter. Paris eats at least one NuGo bar a day, but often she eats two per day. She likes NuGo Dark as a snack and NuGo Slim post-workout. Her household is stocked with at least 20 vegan NuGo bars at all times! She loves that NuGo bars taste amazing, are filling, and have many gluten-free, plant based options.

Paris is a 19-year-old college student with a major in public health and minor in exercise science and entrepreneurship. Her career goal is to be a nutritionist and personal trainer. She loves the outdoors and staying active. From 6th to 12th grade, Paris played volleyball. For two years, she ran long distance. She has started weight training and loves training to feel as healthy, strong and functional as possible.
Since the loss of her brother in 2017, she always tries now to live life to the fullest and to take every opportunity she can get. She said, “I want to spend the rest of my life teaching others how to truly fuel their bodies and be the strongest, happiest, and most confident version of themselves.”
