Seven years ago, Stephanie began a plant-based lifestyle. After struggling for years with her weight, she finally found success eating vegan foods. She lost 95 pounds and has kept it off! Furthermore, she now has much more energy and no longer needs medicine for high cholesterol. Over a year ago, Stephanie heard about NuGo Slim online and then tried her first NuGo bar at Whole Foods. Stephanie explained her joy about finding NuGo Slim.
“For several years I tried many vegan bars that were not good – too many sugars and just tasted awful. Until I found vegan NuGo Slim bars. I fell in love with the bars and thought this is too good to be true – finally an amazing vegan bar. The bars taste yummy and have only 3 grams of sugar. Not to mention all the protein and fiber the bars have as well.”
She now eats a NuGo Slim bar every day! Stephanie always has all four vegan NuGo Slim flavors on hand – Crunchy Peanut Butter, Espresso, Toasted Coconut, and Chocolate Mint. After her long walks, she grabs a NuGo bar with a glass of cold almond milk to refuel. Her current favorite is NuGo Slim Chocolate Mint.
After spending her work day in the office managing properties for a large bank, she craves the outdoors. So as soon as she gets home, she unplugs and walks for two hours. She loves long walks and appreciating her surroundings. She also does Pilates a few times a week.
Stephanie enjoys traveling. She shared with us how she uses NuGo Slim while traveling.
“I took a trip to Ireland in April and I packed loads of bars. The bars were perfect to have on hand while on my adventures. Instead of stopping to eat, I would grab a bar because I did not want to miss out on getting as much time in to explore the beautiful Green Isle. I am heading to Romania in November to visit a friend who is a missionary and I will be taking my stash of bars. Next year I will be off to Italy and for sure will pack my NuGo bars first.”
