For a hearty and tasty vegan appetizer perfect for Meatless Monday or Thanksgiving, serve a wild mushroom crostini. These hors d’oeuvres can be prepared in only 25 minutes with two main ingredients: wild mushrooms and a baguette. Cook the mushrooms in olive oil, onion, garlic, and sherry. Then place on top of a toasted sliced baguette, and top with thyme.
