NuGo Athlete of the Month: Christian Honer

When Christian Honer was a junior in high school in Arizona, he began playing beach volleyball. Now at the age of 20, he is on the US Junior Beach Volleyball National Team. He travels around the US playing on the NVL and AVP tours.

His greatest accomplishment this year was placing ninth in a professional beach volleyball tournament in Milwaukee. His goals are to rank fifth or higher in a big professional tournament and start playing internationally.

Christian loves NuGo Dark Mint Chocolate Chip. He eats NuGo Dark or NuGo Family before and after his workouts, practices, and competitions. “They’ve found the perfect balance of nutritious with a great taste. It’s hard to produce something that’s very healthy for you while trying to keep good taste,” said Christian.

In his free time, Christian enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and photography. He has interests in fitness, health, and nutrition.
